Unprocessed honey retains numerous enzymes, minerals and antioxidants. We strive to keep our honey as natural as it can be. We use a coarse/cold filtering method and limit any heating to the temperature within the hive.

We can longer use the word 'raw honey' but we are allowed to use the word pure. Pure honey and 'raw' honey are used to describe the same thing - a honey that is unprocessed, coarse filtered and straight from the beehive. 

You will see 'raw' honey for sale across the UK on numerous websites. These websites are using a term that is not allowed under the honey regulations. Our honey isn't raw, but its unpasteurised, natural and just as good!
