Our Old-Fashioned Soft Set Honey is made from the early-season nectar of UK oil-seed-rape fields, raw and unblended, just as nature made it.

What makes this honey special?
Soft set honey has been eaten in Britain for generations. Most of it, the kind you find in supermarkets, is blended, heat-treated, and stirred to achieve a consistent texture. Ours isn’t.
Our Soft Set Creamed Honey is:
- Naturally set. The creamy texture comes from the honey’s own natural crystallisation
- Raw. Never heat-treated, so the natural enzymes and flavour are fully intact
- OSR nectar. Made from the early-season blossom of UK oil-seed-rape fields, which gives it that distinctive pale colour and mild, buttery sweetness
