Most honey on supermarket shelves has been blended, heated, and filtered until there’s not much left. Ours is different.
Our honey is raw, unblended, and fully traceable to named UK beekeepers.

A bit of heat
Most hot honeys are chilli extract stirred into cheap honey, bottled nicely. Ours is made with three proper Welsh ingredients, and you can taste the difference the moment you open the bottle.
Drizzled on cheese, pizza, or fried chicken
Something special
Heather honey is unlike any other. Made from the nectar of wild ling heather (Calluna vulgaris) growing across the hills and moorlands of the UK.
A special treat, gifts, or pairing with strong cheese
Everyday
Our Old-Fashioned Soft Set Honey is made from the early-season nectar of UK oil-seed-rape fields, raw and unblended, just as nature made it.
Toast, porridge, baking, or eating straight from the jar
EVERYDAY
You want honey that actually tastes of something—not the pale, processed jar from the supermarket shelf. Our Wildflower Runny Honey is raw, unfiltered, and traceable to the UK beekeepers who produced it.
Tea, drizzling on toast, cooking, marinades, or eating straight from the jar.
EVERYDAY
Some honey is good. Borage honey is in a different category. Made from the nectar of the vibrant blue borage flower (Borago officinalis).
Delicate teas, light dressings, drizzling on fresh fruit, or anywhere you want a gentler honey.
On toast or crumpets. The classic. Let good honey speak for itself.
On porridge or yoghurt. A spoonful transforms breakfast.
In tea. Stir into warm (not boiling) water to preserve the raw goodness.
In marinades and dressings. Adds depth to salad dressings and glazes.
With cheese. Drizzle over mature cheddar, blue cheese, or brie.
Straight from the jar. We won’t judge!
We’ve tried a lot of ‘artisan’ honeys over the years, but this is the real thing. You can actually taste where it comes from. The heather honey is extraordinary, nothing like the bland stuff in supermarkets.

Raw honey never goes off. If it crystallizes, that’s natural, just warm the jar gently in warm water to return it to liquid.
Honey fraud is a growing problem. Some honey on UK shelves has been cut with syrups, heat-treated, or blended with imports to reduce costs. It can be hard to know what you’re really getting.
Here’s what we don’t do:
Here’s what we do:
Our honey is raw, unblended, and fully traceable to named UK beekeepers. Supermarket honey is typically heat-treated (which destroys enzymes and changes flavour), blended from multiple countries, and processed to be consistent year-round. Ours varies batch to batch because it’s real honey from real hives.
Every jar is 100% UK sourced and traceable to the county or moorland where it was harvested. We work directly with a small network of beekeepers in Wales and across the UK.
You’ll see them in our videos and social content, not as a marketing stunt, but because transparency is how we do business.
We hold full DASH accreditation, which means our honey is independently lab-tested to verify authenticity. We name the beekeepers who produced it. We show you the apiaries on video. And we don’t blend honey from multiple countries or sources, which is the most common way honey fraud happens.
Because it’s not cut with syrups, not blended with cheap imports, and not heat-treated to speed up production. UK beekeepers produce small batches at a much higher cost than industrial operations. You’re paying for authenticity, traceability, and flavour that hasn’t been destroyed by processing.
No, and that’s a good thing. Our honey varies batch to batch depending on what the bees foraged, when it was harvested, and where the hives were located. Consistent flavour year-round is a red flag for blending or heat treatment. Variation is proof of authenticity.
Nothing. Our runny, creamed, borage, and heather honeys are 100% pure honey with nothing added. The only exception is Hot Fire Honey, which is blended with Welsh-grown chillies.
Absolutely. Most of our honey customers have never kept a bee in their life. They just want real honey that tastes the way honey should taste. If that’s you, start with Wildflower Runny or Soft Set Creamed and go from there.

Beautifully packaged honey collections, perfect for gifts. 100% plastic-free packaging with wildflower seeds included to support local pollinators. A taste of Britain for someone special.
