What makes this honey special?
Most honey sold in the UK is blended from multiple sources and heat-treated to keep it consistent and shelf-stable. Borage honey, done properly, is neither of those things.
Our Borage Honey is:
- Single-source nectar. Made entirely from the blossom of the borage plant, not blended with other varieties
- Raw. Never heat-treated, so the natural enzymes, flavour, and character stay fully intact
